Experience built in a leading firm, his own practice since 2014
Hicham Hafdi is a lawyer at the Casablanca Bar. He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law in Casablanca in 2006 and joined the profession in 2009 as an associate lawyer in the office of Maître Abdelkebir Tbih, one of the largest law firms in Casablanca, where he honed his advisory and litigation practice.
In 2014 he founded his own firm, Hafdi Law Firm — HLM corporate finance law, which he has led ever since. He advises businesses and executives on commercial and business law, and also handles employment, family, civil and criminal matters before the courts of Casablanca and across the Kingdom.

Do you provide ongoing support to companies?
Yes. The firm supports companies with incorporation, contract drafting, financing transactions and dispute management, either on a one-off basis or as regular legal counsel.
I have an unpaid invoice or a bounced cheque — what should I do?
Keep the original cheque or invoice and all correspondence, and seek advice quickly: depending on the case, a payment order, a commercial claim or a criminal complaint may be filed, each with its own time limits.
I have been dismissed — what should I do?
Keep every document (contract, payslips, dismissal letter, correspondence) and seek advice quickly: the time limit to challenge a dismissal is short (90 days from receipt of the decision).
How does the first consultation work?
About 45 minutes at the office in Casablanca, or by phone or video. Maître Hafdi listens to your situation, reviews the documents and explains your legal options.
How are fees set?
According to the nature and complexity of the case; they are agreed clearly before any step, in line with the customs of the profession.
I live abroad — can you represent me?
Yes. With a certified power of attorney, you can be represented before Moroccan courts without travelling, with remote follow-up throughout the proceedings.
